Normally you don't think of food as being a part of your camping gear, but it is!  Perhaps the most important piece of camping gear for survival.

Every year, there's a new competitor to the backpacking meals from the old standby, Mountain House.  RightOnTrek meals have thrown their hat into the ring and asked me to do a review.
